Eligibility criteria

Through this cooperation, it is possible to finance working capital or/ and medium to long term investment loan. The maximum loan amount is € 12,5 million and can be used to cover expenses for:


  • Investment expenses (purchase, renovation and extension of fixed assets)
  • Purchase of equipment
  • Research and development
  • Purchase of goods and raw materials
  • Operating expenses (rents, payroll, accounts)

The final rate will be lower than the rate the company would have, had it been funded by the Bank’s own funds.

Eligible Beneficiaries


  • All types of Small and Medium Enterprises which employ less than 250 employees
  • Midcap enterprises employing between 250-3000 employees irrespective of turnover and total assets.
  • Enterprises that are located, operate and invest in Greek territory

Restricted sectors:

  • Real estate activities
  • The production of and trade in tobacco
  • The production of and trade in weapons and ammunition of any kind
  • Casino and equivalent enterprises
  • Activities relating to the use of living beings for experimental or scientific purposes
  • Activities that have a negative impact on the environment and which are not offset..
  • Areas that are considered morally and ethically controversial, such as human cloning
  • Activities relating to financial transactions
