1. Personal codes
You can only access winbank web banking if you enter both the customer authentication codes that only you know:
-
- Your Username
- Your Password
You receive your personal codes online if you choose free online registration for winbank web banking service or from a Piraeus Bank branch when you sign your contract.
The first time you use winbank web banking, for your own security, the system makes you change your PIN (online registration) or Username and PIN (branch registration).
Every 2 or 3 months, or every time you ask for the codes to be reissued, the system automatically redirects you to the “Change Password” screen. You can change you codes more often if you like.
2. Password lock
-
- I forgot my Username
If you forgot your Username, from the login page of winbank> Help for Login> I forgot my Username, select the button "SEND USERNAME". After completing the following step, you will receive your Username via SMS at your extraPIN mobile phone number.
Alternatively, call at 18 28 38* (from Greece) or at +30 210 32 88000* (from abroad) to restore your access.
- I forgot my Password
If you are an individual who has activated the sms extraPIN on your mobile phone and you remember your Username but you don't remember your Password, you can re-issue your Password starting from here.
In any other case, you have to apply to any of the Piraeus Bank branches to have your password reissued.
- I have been locked, but I remember my credentials
If you are an individual and you remember both your Username and your Password but they have been entered mistakenly up to three times and you have been locked, click here.
In any other case, you should contact Piraeus Bank customer support center at

+30 210 32 88000* (from abroad).
* Debited as a landline call or depending on the pricing policy of your telephone provider.
** The daily efforts for reissue password and unlock cannot exceed 3.
3. Automatic logout
If the system identifies that you have been inactive for 10 minutes while logged into winbank web banking, for your own security it will automatically log you out.
