Let us take for example the “DEH” bill payment.

Step 1

Visit www.winbank.gr and select to log in as “Individual”.

Step 2

Enter your credentials in the corresponding field and log in to winbank web banking service.

Step 3

From the menu, select “Payments” and then “By Category”. You can select “Alphabetically” or “Popular”, depending on what serves you. Find the category of the payment that you are interested in, e.g. for “DEH”, from the category “Energy” select “Electricity” and then “DEH”.

Step 4

On the next screen, select the payment method that serves you (bank account or card). In the payment details, complete full name, payment code and amount. In the payment sample, you will find where are the above details on your statement. If you have set “Alias Name” for the payment, you can select it so the above fields are automatically completed. Then you must select if you wish the payment to be executed promptly or on a predetermined date. Click “NEXT”.

Step 5

On this screen, you have to confirm the payment details to ensure that are correct. If you want to change something, click “BACK”, otherwise click “SUBMIT”. At this point, you will receive on your mobile phone, by SMS, the extraPIN code. Enter the code in the corresponding field and click “NEXT”.

NOTE: If you have activated the notifications in winbank mobile application, you will receive the extraPIN code by push notification and the transaction will be completed by quick login.
Your transaction is completed. You can save or print the receipt by selecting the corresponding icons in the bottom left.

Credit card payment via winbank web banking

Step 1

Visit www.winbank.gr and select to log in as “Individual”.

Step 2

Enter your credentials in the corresponding field and log in to winbank web banking service.

Step 3

From the menu, select “Payments” and then “Piraeus Bank Credit Card Payment”.

Step 4

In this step, you must select the account you wish to be charged and the card to be paid (select “My Credit Card” to pay a card that belongs to you). Then, complete the payment amount. Alternatively, you can select the total payment amount if you want to pay your credit card in full or the minimum payment. Finally, you have to select, if you want the payment to be executed promptly or on a predetermined date, as well as if and when you want it to be repeated. Click “NEXT”.

Step 5

In this step, you have to confirm the payment details and ensure that they are correct. If you want to change something, click “BACK”, otherwise click “SUBMIT”.
Then, you will receive on your mobile phone the extraPIN code by SMS. Enter the code in the corresponding field and click “NEXT”.

Loan payment via winbank web banking

Step 1

Visit www.winbank.gr and select to log in as “Individual”.

Step 2

Enter your credentials in the corresponding field and log in to winbank web banking service.

Step 3

From the menu, select “Transfers” and then “Transfer for Loan Payment”.

Step 4

On this screen, you have to select the account you want to be charged and the loan you want to be paid. Then, complete the payment amount and the reason. Finally, you have to select if you want the payment to be executed promptly or on a predetermined date, as well as if and when you want it to be repeated. Click “NEXT”.

Step 5

On this screen, you have to confirm the transaction details and ensure that they are correct. If you want to change something, click “BACK”, otherwise click “SUBMIT”.

Your transaction is completed. You can save or print the receipt by selecting the corresponding icons in the bottom left.
