EPAL: Mapping the Future

Supporting students of Vocational High Schools (EPAL) across Greece.

EPAL: Mapping the Future

"EPAL: Mapping the Future” is a new educational programme designed in collaboration with The Tipping Point, aiming to help students of Vocational High Schools (EPAL) throughout Greece discover their true potential, connect their interests and skills with labor market needs, and acquire practical tools to shape their career paths.

Specifically, the programme aims to support 1,000 first- and second-grade EPAL students across Greece and is implemented during the 2025–2026 school year.

Through online discussions with professional mentors from various sectors, students gain direct exposure to the reality of different professions related to their fields of study and draw inspiration from real-world career paths. At the same time, by participating in workshops supported by experiential learning activities, they become familiar with essential skills for the effective and responsible use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) tools, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, communication, and adaptability.
