All you need is to have Piraeus e-banking credentials. To set up your appointment, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Piraeus e-banking or the Piraeus app
- Select a new appointment in the "My appointments" section
- Choose the date and time that suits you, the topic you want to discuss and the type of appointment you want. The options are:
- appointment at the branch*
- telephone meeting
- video call**
- You can enter your comments to the branch that will manage your appointment.
Once the process is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with all the necessary information about your appointment.

* Initially, your default service branch is displayed, alternatively you can choose "Other" to select the branch where you wish to make your appointment. The branch selection option does not apply to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus clients who are served by a personal advisor.
** The video call is available exclusively to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus customers. For video call you will receive a link to join in at the scheduled time.
