Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

Do I need to be a Piraeus Bank customer to book an appointment?

Not necessarily. You can book an appointment even if you are not a Piraeus Bank customer through Piraeusbank.gr.

How can I book an appointment without e-banking credentials?

You can schedule an appointment easily and quickly through Piraeusbank.gr following the steps below:

  • Select “New Appointment” on the “Online appointment” page, under the “Support” section.
  • Indicate your status (Individual or Business) and whether you are an existing customer or non- existing customer.
  •  Fill in your details (Full Name, Tax ID Number, mobile number, and email). For businesses, representative details will also be required.
  • Verify your contact information using a one-time password (OTP), will be sent in your e-mail
  • Choose the topic you want to discuss, the type of appointment (in-branch or by phone), your preferred branch, and the date and time that suits you.
  • Complete the process by selecting “Confirm.”

Once the process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information about your appointment.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can easily cancel your appointment using the relevant link provided in the confirmation email. If you wish, you may also reschedule it.

Alternatively, if you booked your appointment through e-banking or Piraeus app, you could cancel or reschedule it visiting “My Appointments” section.
 

How can I book an appointment through Piraeus e-banking;

All you need is to have Piraeus e-banking credentials. To set up your appointment, please follow the steps below:

  • Log in to Piraeus e-banking or the Piraeus app
  • Select a new appointment in the "My appointments" section
  • Choose the date and time that suits you, the topic you want to discuss and the type of appointment you want. The options are:
    • appointment at the branch*
    • telephone meeting
    • video call**
  • You can enter your comments to the branch that will manage your appointment.

Once the process is completed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with all the necessary information about your appointment.

In case you don't have Piraeus e-banking credentials, you can register for free here.

* Initially, your default service branch is displayed, alternatively you can choose "Other" to select the branch where you wish to make your appointment. The branch selection option does not apply to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus clients who are served by a personal advisor.
** The video call is available exclusively to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus customers. For video call you will receive a link to join in at the scheduled time.
