I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Furthermore, Piraeus Bank’s digital services are constantly upgraded and harmonized with accessibility functionalities offered by new technology mobile phones, allowing easier navigation and acquisition of the Bank’s products through the Piraeus app.

New innovations strengthen banking services for people with disabilities:
New customer

The Digital Onboarding Service that supports the registration of new customers to the Bank without them having to visit the branch and file documents in person. The main advantages of this service are:

  • service in Sign Language
  • for visually impaired people, the presence of two witnesses is no longer required to start a banking relationship
  • no need for the customer to visit the store
 
Remote Cashier

The Remote Cashier, an innovative service that includes:

  • cashiers trained in Sign Language
  • braille signage on the machine, allowing visually impaired people to carry out transactions without the need for two witnesses
  • ergonomic transaction area at easily accessible height for people in wheelchairs
 
Braille system
Braille system on new debit and credit cards - all cards were replaced with new ones including braille system to enhance social inclusion of people with visual impairments spreading awareness to all customers of the Bank.
Voice support system
Installation of a voice support system in a large part of the ATM network allowing customers with visual impairments to carry out specific transactions.
