I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

  • Confirm your basic personal and professional information
  • Attach the necessary supporting documents
  • Complete the registration of the application
3. Loan disbursement
  • Your application is assessed by the bank
  • Once the application is approved, you sign the contract documents with an approved electronic signature (OTC)
  • The money is credited to your account

Furthermore, Piraeus’ digital services are constantly being upgraded and aligned with the accessibility features offered by new-generation mobile devices, making it easier to navigate and access the Bank’s products through Piraeus app.

 
New innovative projects strengthen the framework for persons with disabilities:
New customer

Digital Onboarding service allows new customers to open an account with the Bank without having to visit a branch or submit documents in person. The main advantages of this service are:

  • Sign language services
  • For visually impaired individuals, the presence of two witnesses is no longer required to open a bank account
  • Customers are not required to visit the branch
Remote Cashier

An innovative service that includes:

  • Tellers trained in sign language
  • Braille labels on the machine, allowing visually impaired individuals to perform transactions without needing two witnesses present
  • Αn ergonomic transaction area, at an easily accessible height for people in wheelchairs
Braille writing system

Braille on new debit and credit cards: all cards are replaced with new ones featuring Braille. The aim is to enhance social inclusion for people with visual impairments, as the message reaches all of our bank's customers.

Voice support
Installation of a voice support system across a large portion of the ATM network, allowing visually impaired customers to perform specific transactions.
