Women Back to Work

Women Back to Work is a training, networking, and mentoring programme for all women who wish to return to the labour market.

Participation in the program and access to the digital training and mentoring platforms are free of charge and last for a total of three months.

The program consists of two parts:

Training

Total duration: 32 hours
Modules: 4
The modules have been developed by Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece.

Networking and mentoring

Designed by the 100mentors’ team specifically for women.

Each training module is combined with the corresponding community of mentors, who, in addition to their valuable experiences, share mentoring tips, empower, and help participants to develop their soft skills.

The program is designed to make the experience and content interactive and enjoyable for the different profiles of women who will participate.

Upon completing the program, participants are awarded with a certificate of attendance for both the training and the mentoring cycle they have completed.

Building skills

Acquire leadership and management skills to broaden their career prospects.

Digital skills development

Develop digital skills that will help them understand the modern labour market requirements and open up new career horizons.

Gaining knowledge in CV and interview preparations

Gain specialist knowledge in how to prepare and promote their CV at interviews and how to present themselves to future employers so as to get the job they want.

Developing knowledge and experience

Become empowered by the knowledge/experience acquired through their mentor at the moment of transition to the next cognitive stage – “acquire knowledge, when you need it”.

Networking and support

Expand their network so they may get support every step of the way.

Soft skills development

Be assessed on the development of three soft skills: i) critical thinking, ii) creativity, and iii) problem solving.
