For the promotion of women's integration into the labour market

Women Back to Work

Women Back to Work is a training, networking, and mentoring programme designed for all women who wish to make a dynamic return to the labour market. 

Participation in the programme and access to the digital training and mentoring platforms are free of charge and will last a total of three months. 

Successful participation in the Women Back to Work programme also provides the opportunity for participants to attend the Career Fair, which is organized by Piraeus in collaboration with 100mentors as part of the GenAI Summit. The Career Fair aims to connect participants with the job market through organized meetings with representatives of businesses, organizations, and recruitment firms. 

The programme consists of two parts:
Training (Learning by studying)
Total duration: 32 hours  
Modules: 4  
The modules have been developed by Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece, and the 100mentors team.
Skills in Generative Artificial Intelligence and Mentoring (Learning by doing)

Designed by the 100mentors’ team specifically for women. 

Specially designed by the 100mentors team for the development of the participants’ soft skills and their effective interaction with Generative Artificial Intelligence, through workflows tailored to their needs, utilizing wiserwork. 

Additionally, it includes personalized mentoring from a specially trained community of mentors, through a tool that combines Generative Artificial Intelligence with Human Intelligence, to deepen their knowledge.

To empower themselves by acquiring knowledge and experience through the eyes of a mentor as they transition to the next stage of learning - Acquire knowledge when you need it.
Networking and support
To network so they can receive support at every step.
Certification
To receive certification for the skills and knowledge they developed.

What is the Women Back to Work programme?

Women Back to Work is a free educational programme offered by Piraeus and is aimed at all women who wish to make a dynamic return to the workforce.

The programme’s goal is to provide participants with a comprehensive approach that will support them in achieving their goals.

What does the programme include?

The Women Back to Work programme consists of two components: 

I. Training (Learning by studying), with a total duration of 32 hours, divided into 4 modules, specially designed by Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece, and the 100mentors team. 

II. Skills in Generative Artificial Intelligence and Mentoring (Learning by doing), specially designed by the 100mentors team. The programme combines hands-on development of Generative AI skills in workflows tailored to the participants’ needs, through wiserwork. Participants practice workflows such as Project Management and Marketing & Sales, while receiving personalized mentoring from a specially trained community of mentors to further develop their skills and workflows.

Who is eligible to participate in the programme?

Women over the age of 18 from all over Greece whose goal is to enter the workforce within the next 6 months are eligible to participate in the programme.

Is participation in the programme free?

Yes, participation in the Women Back to Work programme is completely free of charge.

Who is implementing the programme?

The Women Back to Work programme was created on the initiative of Piraeus and is implemented by the 100mentors team and Alba Graduate Business School, The American College of Greece.

How long does the programme last?

The programme lasts three months. Classes will be held on previously agreed-upon days and times that will be communicated to participants before the programme begins.

How will the programme be implemented?

The programme will be delivered entirely online, via distance learning. Participants will be able to take part in the programme from anywhere, provided they have a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment.

Do I need special equipment to take the programme?

All you need is a PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone and a stable internet connection to attend the sessions as part of the synchronous distance learning programme and to connect to the 100mentors platform.

What do the training and practical application of Generative AI Skills and Mentoring offer?

They provide you with essential knowledge and skills for leveraging Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in your work and daily life. The experience includes:

  • Asynchronous training via the GenAI Fundamentals course (5–7 additional hours) to gain an understanding of and learn how to use GenAI.  
  • Live workshops featuring hands-on application of GenAI in workflows related to Project Management, Marketing & Sales, and Customer Support & Account Management. 
  • Asynchronous practice via Wiserwork, so you can apply what you learn at your own pace.  
  • Personalized mentoring from a qualified community of mentors, through the wiserwork platform. 

In what language will the programme be held?

Both parts of the programme will be held in Greek. However, a basic knowledge of English is recommended, as you are likely to encounter some English terminology.

Will I receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the programme?

In order to receive a certificate of completion for the programme, your participation is required in both components (Training and Skills in Generative Artificial Intelligence and Mentoring). Specifically, successful completion requires:  
A) Attendance of at least 70% of the total class hours. 
B) Completion of the GenAI Fundamentals course. 
C) Recognition as GenAI Empowered by creating a workflow on the 100mentors wiserwork platform. 
D) Completion of programme assessment questionnaires.

Do I need to prepare in any way to participate in this programme?

No, you don't need to prepare for your participation in the programme.

What are the next steps after applying?

In case you are selected for the programme, you will be required to sit a short interview, which will determine whether you are officially accepted. You will be notified of the status of your application via email.
