EQUALL Community Building
An initiative aimed at promoting women’s entrepreneurship in the country’s regions, implemented in collaboration with the Greek Association of Women Entrepreneurs (SEGE). EQUALL Community Building is aimed at women who wish to strengthen and expand their business operations by leveraging the development opportunities in their local area.
As part of the action, training seminars were held in five cities in Northern Greece, with topics tailored to the challenges faced by women in each city in order to strengthen the local economy and foster entrepreneurship. The initiative aims at enhancing skills, providing information on modern business methods and available financing tools, developing business ideas, accessing professional collaboration networks, and fostering professional networking among women to build synergies.
The aim of this initiative is to support women by creating equal opportunities for their professional and entrepreneurial development, while promoting sustainable economic and social development in the Greek regions.
