I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Yellow only Max Stores voucher

The redemption of the voucher excludes the purchase of foreign language tutorials.

  • This voucher is not rated and incorporates a promise to be provided to the bearer.
  • The bearer can use up to 2 vouchers per transaction.
  • The use of the voucher is made one-off and for the whole amount in the associated physical Max Stores in Greece where the voucher has purchased.
  • The voucher cannot be redeemed in cash, it can only be exchanged for purchased goods of at least equal or greater value by paying the difference.
  • The voucher must be kept as cash, since it will not be replaced nor cancelled in case of loss or theft.
  • Max Stores are not responsible for the loss or theft of a voucher.
  • Max Stores exchange the voucher with goods of at least equal or higher value (provided the customer has paid the difference) which are delivered to the card bearer without conducting any identification control and are not responsible thereof.
  • The voucher is valid for three months from the date of issuance.
