Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

Register via:

  • the Piraeus e-banking.
  • the Piraeus app.
  • the Banks’ branch network.
Acquire the Piraeus Business Debit or Piraeus Business Credit card, through the Banks’ branch network
If you are already a Member of Yellow Program and you own a Piraeus Business Debit or Piraeus Business Credit card, then you are automatically a Member of Yellow Business!

By registering in the Yellow Business, you also earn yellows from your professional behavior, which are gathered in the same Yellow Account that you already have. In this way, you can redeem even more yellows.
Yellow Code

Upon completion of the registration in the Program, the Yellow Code is issued. It is used as your identification in order to benefit from the exclusive business offers of the Program Partners.

You will find the Yellow Code:

  • It is sent via SMS & Welcome Newsletter when enrolling in the Program.
  • In the Piraeus e-banking & the Piraeus app, in the "Detailed data" of the Yellow Program.
  • At the Bank's branches.
  • At Yellow app.

Yellow Account
The yellows that you earn from both your personal and professional transactions are collected in a single Yellow Account. This way, you can redeem even more yellows, with more flexibility.
In order for your company to become a Member of the Yellow Business

The Legal Representative of the company, will have to:

  • visit a Bank branch in order to register in the Program and
  • obtain the Business Debit card.

While registering in the Yellow Business, the Legal Representative determines the business cards of the company that can redeem yellows in the Program Partners.

Yellow Code

Upon completion of the registration in the Program, the Yellow Code is issued. It is used as your identification in order to benefit from the exclusive business offers of the Program Partners.

You will find the Yellow Code:

  • It is sent via Welcome Newsletter when enrolling in the Program.
  • At the Bank's branches.

Yellow Account
Τhe yellows from all the transactions of your business are collected in the Yellow Account. The redemption of these yellows can be made, only by the business cards designated by the Legal Representative, during the registration in the Program.
Also, the Legal Representative can obtain the exclusive business offers of the Program’s Partners.

What is the Yellow Code?

Yellow Code is the unique code that is issued during your registration in the Program and it is sent via a welcome newsletter to your email and via SMS* to the mobile phone you have declared at your registration to the Program. You can use it for your identification in Yellow Business, where needed, but also to secure exclusive offers to the Partners of the Program.

* Legal Entities are excluded because they only receive welcome newsletter.

I have an Individual Enterprise / I am a Professional and I am registered in Yellow. How can I register in Yellow Business?

Once you are enroled in the Yellow Program and you have a Piraeus Business Debit or a Piraeus Business Credit card that participates in the Program, your enrolment in the Yellow Business is done automatically. In case you do not have any of these cards in your possession, please visit a Bank's branch.
