How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

In 3 simple steps

  • Confirm your basic personal and professional information
  • Attach the necessary supporting documents
  • Complete the registration of the application
3. Loan disbursement
  • Your application is assessed by the bank
  • Once the application is approved, you sign the contract documents with an approved electronic signature (OTC)
  • The money is credited to your account

Enroll in Yellow Rewards Program
Register through Piraeus app
  • Login to Piraeus app*
  • Search for the Yellow Program in the menu
  • Select "Enroll"
  • Fill in your e-mail
  • Check the "Accept" box if you agree to the "Terms of Use of the Program"
  • The enrollment process has been successfully completed. In a few minutes, you will receive the Yellow Code through sms on the mobile phone you have stated to the Bank
  • Remember that your personal data need to be up to date to the Bank.

Register through Piraeus e-banking service
  • Login to Piraeus e-banking*
  • On the Home page, under the Yellow brand logo, select "Enroll"
  • Fill in your e-mail
  • Check the "Accept" box if you agree to the "Terms of Use of the Program"
  • The enrollment process has been successfully completed. In a few minutes, you will receive the Yellow Code through sms on the mobile phone you have stated to the Bank
  • Remember that your personal data need to be up to date to the Bank.

Register through Piraeus Bank branch
  • Search for the nearest Piraeus Bank branch to enroll to the Yellow Rewards Program.
  • Get informed on the "Terms of Use of the Program" and specifically to "Article 2 - Enrolment and Member Identification" about the Conditions for enrollment in the Program
  • Visit a branch with your ID or your Passport
  • Remember that your personal data need to be up to date to the Bank.
Yellow Code
Upon completion of the registration in the Program, the Yellow Code is issued, in order to use it as your identification in the Rewards Program. It is sent via SMS & Welcome Newsletter when enrolling in the Program.

What is the Yellow Code?

Yellow Code is a unique code that is issued and received with a message upon enrolment in the Program for the identification of the Member for the Bank.

Where can I find the Yellow Code?

  • It is sent via SMS & Welcome Newsletter when enrolling in the Program
  • In the Piraeus e-banking & Piraeus app service, in the "Detailed data" of the Yellow Program
  • At the Bank's branches
  • At Yellow app
  • At +30 210 3288000 (for registered Customers of Piraeus phone banking.)

What are the requirements for enrolment in the Program?

The Program refers to new and existing Customers of the Bank (Individuals), as long as:

  • they have at least one active product and / or service
  • they state their contact details when enrolling (mobile phone & e-mail)
  • they are over 18 years old
  • they do not show a delay in payment of their loan obligations to the Bank and have not submitted an application for participating in Law 3869/2010.

Yellow Business rewards you for the possession and use of specific business products and services of the Bank

I cannot enroll in Yellow through Piraeus e-banking or Piraeus app. What may be the problem?

The main reason that usually a Customer cannot register in the Program is the delay in payment of his loan obligations to the Bank, for more than sixty (60) calendar days. If the above is not the case , please contact +30 210 3288000 or visit a Bank's branch for more information.
