Terms & Conditions
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN WITHIN THE YELLOW REWARDS PROGRAM

Piraeus Bank S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the "Bank"), having its registered office at 4 Amerikis Street, Athens, within the framework of the Yellow Rewards Program (hereinafter the "Program"), organizes the following promotional campaign (hereinafter the "Campaign").

Eligible participants

The Campaign is addressed to Piraeus Bank customers who are individuals, sole proprietors and self-employed professionals (hereinafter collectively or individually referred to as the "Member(s)"), provided that they: 
a) have enrolled in the Bank's Yellow Rewards Program and
b) hold a credit card participating in the Rewards Program (hereinafter the "Card(s)").

The Campaign also includes transactions carried out by Members employed by the Bank under a salaried mandate or dependent employment relationship, as well as by employees of companies affiliated with the Bank within the Bank's Group.

Campaign period

The Campaign shall be valid from 28/08/2026 to 30/09/2026 (hereinafter the "Campaign Period").

Scope of the Campaign
The Campaign applies to all purchase transactions made using eligible Credit Cards exclusively at physical and/or online merchants registered in the Payment Schemes' systems under the Bookstores merchant category (hereinafter the "Campaign Transaction(s)").
Such registration is based exclusively on the merchant classification assigned by the International Card Schemes. It is expressly clarified that the Bank shall bear no responsibility for any incorrect or outdated classification of merchants within the Payment Schemes' systems, upon which the eligibility of a transaction for inclusion in the above category depends.
Transactions conducted at businesses that, in addition to bookstore products, offer a wide range of other products, such as electronic goods, school supplies and toys, are excluded.
Furthermore, the Campaign does not apply to purchases made in cash or with credit cards issued by the Bank that do not participate in the Yellow Rewards Program.
Transactions made with a credit Card that have been reversed, cancelled or disputed by the Cardholder due to loss or theft of the Card, provided such transactions were carried out up to the date on which the Member notified the Bank of the loss or theft and the Card was consequently cancelled, shall not participate in the Campaign.
In the event that a Card is replaced due to theft, loss or destruction for any reason, transactions carried out with the previous Card during the Campaign Period shall remain eligible for the Cardholder's participation in the Campaign.
Transactions involving interest-free instalments shall be counted in their entirety as a single Transaction, provided that the original Transaction was performed during the Campaign Period. Consequently, instalment settlements relating to transactions carried out in previous months shall not participate in the Campaign.
Benefit

The benefit provided under the Campaign, up to a total transaction amount of €300 per Member, consists of 50 yellows for every €1 spent through a Card transaction (10% in yellows).

In any event, where a Transaction is not carried out during the Campaign Period, the Member shall collect yellows in accordance with the applicable Terms and Conditions of the Program for purchase transactions at Other Merchants, exclusively through the use of credit cards, namely: 1 yellow for every €1 of transaction value.

Transactions participating in the Campaign must be carried out during the Campaign Period and must have been cleared and recorded in the Bank's accounting books by 07/10/2026.

At the same time, the Campaign Transactions will participate in a prize draw (hereinafter the “Campaign Draw”), pursuant to which ten (10) winners will each win a Tech Voucher (Skroutz Gift Voucher) with a value of €500 (hereinafter the “Prize(s)”).

Each Campaign Transaction shall also grant one (1) entry into the Campaign Draw (hereinafter the “Entry”).

Campaign draw

The Campaign Draw shall be conducted on 15/10/2026 at the Bank’s premises, located at 11 Amarousiou-Chalandriou & Cheimaras Street, Maroussi, Postal Code 15125, through the use of an automated system and specially designed software that ensures the integrity of the process and the absence of human intervention.

Each Member may win more than one Prize in the Campaign Draw. Accordingly, if more than one of a Member’s Entries is selected in the Campaign Draw, the Member shall be entitled to receive the corresponding number of Prizes.

The calculation of Entries shall be based on the date on which the Campaign Transactions were carried out (transaction date).

Crediting of yellows

The yellows shall be credited to the Members’ Yellow Accounts within forty-five (45) business days from the end of the Campaign.
Yellows are awarded personally to the Member, are not exchangeable for cash, and are non-transferable.
Yellows may be redeemed in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the operation of the Program, as applicable from time to time.
Acceptance of the Campaign participation terms constitutes a necessary condition for participation in the Campaign and for the awarding of yellows.
The maximum monthly number of yellows that a Member may collect through Card usage under the Program Terms and Conditions shall not apply to the additional yellows awarded under this Campaign.

When and how the tech vouchers will be awarded

The Tech Vouchers (Skroutz Gift Vouchers) shall be awarded to the winners within five (5) days following the conduct of the Campaign Draw.

Recipients of the Tech Vouchers may access their voucher through their profile in the Yellow App under the “Coupons” section, collect it from a Bank branch, or receive it at the email address registered with the Yellow Program.
Notification of Members regarding yellows / Campaign draw winners

Members of the Program who have carried out a Campaign Transaction, as well as the winners of the Campaign Draw, shall be notified by one or more of the following means:
a) where they are users of the Yellow App, via push notification, provided that notifications have been enabled in the application, and via in-app message
b) via SMS or

c) through any other appropriate means selected by the Bank
Conditions for the awarding of yellows and draw prizes

The following conditions must be satisfied by a Member both at the time of the Campaign Draw and at the time the Prize is awarded:
a) the Member must maintain their status as a member of the Bank’s Yellow Rewards Program
b) the Member must comply with all other requirements of the Yellow Rewards Program relating to the collection and redemption of yellows
c) the Card must remain valid throughout the Campaign Period and must not have been cancelled, subject to the provisions set out above regarding cancellation due to loss or theft, both during the entire Campaign Period and at the time of the yellows credit.

Without prejudice to any of its other rights, the Bank reserves the right to refuse the award of a Prize to any winner of the Campaign Draw who, in the Bank’s reasonable discretion, has breached these Terms and Conditions.

General Terms
The Tech Vouchers made available under the Campaign may be used in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the relevant voucher received by each Member and may not be substituted with any other gift or benefit.
In the event of cancellation of a Tech Voucher, its value shall not be refunded to the Member in cash or in yellows.
Piraeus Bank reserves the right to remove yellows awarded under the Campaign from Members where there is a suspicion of fraudulent use of the Program for the purpose of accumulating and redeeming an excessive number of yellows.
The Campaign Terms and Conditions shall remain published on the Bank’s official website relating to the Program throughout the Campaign Period.
Members of the Program are entitled to submit any complaint, dispute or objection concerning the Campaign within a period of six (6) months from the date of the transaction to which the complaint or objection relates. For the purpose of examining such complaint or objection, the Bank may request supporting evidence of the relevant transaction.
The Bank shall implement all necessary organizational and technical security measures to protect any personal data obtained in connection with or on the occasion of the Campaign and shall process such data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and all applicable legislation in force from time to time.
Participants acknowledge and accept that any personal data lawfully obtained by the Bank in connection with and for the purposes of their participation in the Campaign shall be processed by the Bank in accordance with the provisions set out in the information notice entitled “Information on the Processing of Personal Data”, available on the Bank’s website at www.piraeusbank.gr, which participants declare they have read and which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
Members who do not wish to participate in the Campaign may notify the Bank accordingly at any time up to three (3) days following the end of the Campaign, verbally through Customer Service at +30 210 3288000.
The Bank reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Campaign or the Campaign Draw for serious cause or in cases of force majeure, to replace the yellows or the Tech Vouchers with other rewards of its choice, and/or to amend any term of the Campaign at any time, provided that such amendments are communicated through any appropriate means, including announcements in printed or electronic media where deemed necessary by the Bank in its reasonable discretion.
In any such case, participants in the Campaign shall not acquire any right to compensation, nor shall they have any other claim whatsoever against the Bank.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the interpretation or implementation of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
