How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

  • Complete the registration of the application
3. Loan disbursement

Yellow only Freenow vouchers
  • Τhe Yellow only voucher is valid till 20/05/2026 and can be added to Freenow under the "Coupons and Offers" section up to that date.
  • Once the Yellow only voucher code has been added to Freenow it’s considered redeemed and it can be used for a trip within the following 30 days.
  • The 5€ Yellow only voucher can be applied to a single taxi trip booked and paid via Freenow.
  • It is valid for trips in all cities in Greece where Freenow operates (Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras, Heraklion, Kavala, Katerini and more).
  • Each Yellow only voucher can be used only once and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with other offers.
  • The Yellow only voucher is used automatically during payment via Freenow, provided it has been previously entered and selected in the "Coupons and Offers" section.
  • If multiple Yellow only vouchers have been added to the "Coupons and Offers" section, the one with the earliest expiration date will be applied by default, unless another voucher is manually selected.
  • The Yellow only voucher is used in full and in a single transaction for the total amount of 5€.
  • If the trip costs less than 5€, the remaining balance of the Yellow only voucher will expire and cannot be carried over to a future trip.
  • After 30 days from the date of registration in Freenow, the Yellow only voucher code will be deleted from the app.
  • Freenow is not responsible for taxi availability.
  • In case of loss, theft, or expiration, the Yellow only voucher will not be replaced.
