If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

Educational programme for the elimination of gender stereotypes in schools.

Profession has no Gender

Designed in collaboration with The Tipping Point, Profession Has No Gender is an educational programme in which student groups from public primary schools and secondary schools across Greece meet mentors who work in professions that are stereotypically associated with the “other” gender. 

In a structured digital environment, student groups, in collaboration with their teachers, meet and discuss online with their mentors through live group sessions and asynchronous videos with answers to the questions they pose. This way they can express their concerns and find answers to their questions through interactive and constructive discussions. 

Mentors from Greece and abroad come from a variety of professional backgrounds e.g. female engineers, scientists and CEOs, male nurses, social workers, kindergarten teachers, etc. 

From 2022 to 2025, a total of 10,348 elementary and secondary school students took part in the programme. 

Participation requirements

The Profession has no Gender 2025-2026 programme is open free of charge to:

Public schools

Public primary and secondary schools throughout Greece that are part of The Tipping Point network (over 1,100 schools).

For 2025-2026, the programme aims to reach an additional 3,500 students in order to:
Encourage
Encourage students to broaden their range of options in terms of the studies and careers they can pursue.
Assist
Help students challenge the stereotypes they may have formed that hinder their personal development.

Empower them to discover their interests based on their talents and aptitudes, rather than on stereotypes.
Support
Support them in reaching their full potential.
Inspire
Inspire even students in the most remote villages to pursue their dreams without limitations.
