The Campaign is addressed to members of the Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Members”) who will undertake one of the following actions:
i) They will issue a new University Visa credit card (hereinafter referred to as the “Card”) and complete their first transaction, regardless of the amount, using the Card during the Campaign Period. Such transaction must have been cleared and recorded in the Bank’s accounting books no later than 10/11/2026. Submission of an application for the issuance of the Card alone is not sufficient for the applicant to participate in the Campaign. Participation is subject to the Bank’s approval of the application, the issuance of the Card, and compliance with the conditions set out herein. Evaluation of the application for the issuance of the Card is at the sole discretion of the Bank, which may approve or reject the application based on its applicable credit assessment criteria.
For participation in the Campaign, Members who issue the Card (hereinafter referred to as the “Cardholder(s)”) must, throughout the period during which they are entitled to participate, namely from 05/10/2026 to 05/11/2026, cumulatively satisfy the following eligibility requirements:
- They must be at least 18 years old.
- They must have full legal capacity.
- They must be permanent residents of Greece.
- The Card issued during the Campaign must remain valid and must not have been cancelled, subject to the provisions below relating to cancellation due to theft or loss, from the date of issuance until the allocation of the yellows rewards.
- They must have paid, on time, the minimum monthly payment amount specified in their Card statement and must not have any overdue debt outstanding for more than thirty (30) days.
In addition, they must be in good standing with respect to all products granted to them by the Bank.
For the purposes of this Campaign, a “first transaction” means a purchase and/or payment made at physical or online merchants in Greece or abroad that accept card payments, as well as purchases and payments made in interest-free instalments, which are counted as a single transaction in their entirety, provided that the original transaction is carried out during the Promotion Period as defined herein.
The following shall not be considered eligible transactions for participation in the Campaign:
- Cash withdrawals from ATMs or branch counters.
- Card payment transactions.
- Balance transfers.
- Interest charges and over-limit fees.
- Transactions carried out with gambling-related merchants.
Furthermore, purchases and/or payments that have been reversed, cancelled, or disputed by the Cardholder due to loss or theft of the Card shall not qualify for participation and shall not be taken into account. This applies to transactions carried out up to the date on which the Cardholder notified the Bank of the loss or theft, resulting in the cancellation of the Card.
In the event that the Card is reported lost or stolen between the date of approval of the transaction and the date on which the reward allocation file is generated, the Card shall remain eligible for participation in the Campaign provided that the Cardholder requests its reissuance and such reissuance is approved by the Bank by 10/11/2026, in accordance with the Bank’s applicable procedures.
Each Cardholder shall be entitled to receive the reward once only and in relation to one University Visa credit card only, provided that all of the above conditions are satisfied.
ii) They will convert into yellows the Points they have accumulated within the Bank’s “Check in Class” application (hereinafter referred to as “Check in Class”) during the Campaign, as defined below.
