I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Up to 6% in yellows with heating oil purchases from Shell gas stations

This year, keeping your home warm comes with Yellow rewards.

Purchase heating oil from Shell gas stations and earn: 

For example, with a heating oil purchase worth €1,000, you earn:

  • 60€ in yellows when paying with a credit or prepaid card, or
  • 30€ in yellows when paying with a debit card

which you can redeem on your next purchases at Shell gas stations and/or the other Program Partners.

Valid from October 15 till November 30, 2026, for heating oil orders worth €500 or more, placed by calling 18330 or via the form available here, and paid for with a Piraeus Bank card participating in the Rewards Program.

Terms & Conditions
Where does the promo apply?

Exclusively for heating oil purchases from Shell gas stations through a call to 18330* or through the form. For Attica region you can also call at 210 2852071.


*Charges for calls to 18330 are determined according to the price list of the caller’s fixed or mobile telephony provider.
When is the promo valid?

The promo is valid exclusively from October 15, 2026 till November 30, 2026.

Which cards does the promo apply to?

For all Piraeus cards participating in the Yellow Rewards Program.

What do you earn?

The profit for every €1 transaction, for heating oil purchase worth €500 or more, with a Piraeus card participating in the Rewards Program, corresponds to:

  • 30 yellows (6% in yellows), with credit or prepaid card
  • 15 yellows (3% in yellows), with debit card.
When will you get the yellows of the promo?

The Member’s account will be credited with yellows within 5 days after the transaction has been cleared.

General terms
The transaction has to be made within the duration of the promo and the amount must be paid by using a Piraeus card participating in the Rewards Program.
Otherwise the Member will collect yellows, in accordance to the applicable Program Terms for purchase transactions in a Program’s Partner using cards of the Bank participating in the Rewards Program, for transactions not made within the duration of the promo.
The maximum monthly number of yellows that a Member may earn by using a Piraeus card participating in the Rewards Program, in accordance with the Program Terms, does not apply to the additional yellows that will be earned during the promo.
Piraeus Bank reserves the right to remove yellows, that will be awarded under the promo, from Members, in case a suspicion of fraudulent use is detected aiming to earn and redeem a large number of yellows.
Program Members are entitled to proceed with any dispute/objection request regarding the award of yellows within the framework of the promo, within a period of 6 months from the transaction to which the dispute/objection relates. In order to investigate the objection, the Bank may request supporting documentation of the transaction.
Members in order to be rewarded with the yellows of the promo, should:
a) retain the “Active” status of Member of the Bank's Yellow Rewards Program during the promo and at the date of the rewarding and
b) meet all requirements of the Yellow Rewards Program, regarding the collection and redemption of yellows.
