- The voucher applies for any in-hotel service of your choice, i.e. accommodation, restaurants, bars, spa etc. The voucher is valid in all hotels and resorts of the GRECOTEL Group, except GRECOTEL Pallas Athena, Caramel Boutique Resort, GRECOTEL Eva Palace and Cape Sounio.
- The voucher will be redeemed at the hotel reception desk upon departure. If the transaction's payable amount per receipt or invoice is lower than the voucher value, the difference will not be refunded.
- The voucher can be assigned to third persons of the bearer's choice. Inform the hotel before using the voucher. Otherwise, the hotel will not be responsible for voucher acceptance or not.
- The voucher will not be replaced in case of loss or theft. The voucher will not be accepted after the expiration date or replaced by other vouchers.
- The offer is valid up to three months from the date of issuance.
NOTE: Please confirm with the hotel of your choice if the service that you are interested in is available before issuing a voucher.
