Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

You can redeem your yellows on any domestic or international travel service (tickets, hotels, holiday packages, etc.) offered by Athens Travel Service.
The redemption relates to part or all of your reservation amount, including additional charges (costs, airport taxes, etc.)

Yellow only Athens Travel Service voucher
  • The voucher is valid up to 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • This is a voucher of € 50 and applies to all services (cruise and flight tickets, holiday packages, hotel accommodation, organized excursions, etc.).
  • You can buy as many vouchers as you want and use them in combination. If a dispute arises after the voucher has been redeemed, it is paid to the Partner.
  • The amount of each voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. If the value of the service is less than the amount of the voucher, the balance will not be refunded.
  • Redemption of the voucher is made when booking the desired service.
