Where to find the AI Assistant
If you're logged into Piraeus e-Banking, click the chat button with the AI Assistant located at the bottom right of the screen. If you're using the Piraeus app, AI Assistant can be accessed from three points: from the Hub, from the top-right corner next to the user’s profile, and from the available options under the Plus (+) button.
Next type your question and the AI Assistant will respond in a clear and straightforward way.
