I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Download the load you want easily and quickly

Υou can submit online your application for a consumer loan from €500 to €15,000 via Piraeus e-banking and Piraeus app.

The process is quick & easy comprising of 3 simple steps:

1.   Design your loan

Use the loan calculator to come up with your loan repayment plan. Fill in the loan amount and term and choose the loan instalment you want.

2.   Submit your application

Confirm your personal and business information, attach the necessary documents and submit the loan application.

3.   Sign the contract and the loan is disbursed to your account.

After the approval you’ll be requested to sign the loan contract with authorized electronic signature (OTC), and the loan will be disbursed to your bank account.

Throughout the process you will stay informed in every step via SMS to your mobile phone and via notifications in Piraeus e-banking. The loan contract, as well as other necessary documents will be sent to your e-mail.

The loan application is evaluated in accordance to the Bank’s credit policy criteria.
