I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Overall APR Examples:

Example 1. APR: 12,16% for €3,000, total term 24 months, fees €90, current variable rate 11,55%

Example 2. APR: 12,18% for €10,000, total term 72 months, fees €200, current variable rate 11,55%

The interest rate is variable and is the sum of the Base Consumer Loan Rate (BCR), currently at 11,10%, plus a spread of ( -0,15%). The bank reserves the right to adjust the interest rate based on changes in the one-month Euribor index. This readjustment may also differ by + 0.5% in addition to the fluctuations. Interest rates are also subject to the Law 128/1975 levy. Today it stands at 0.6%.

Conditions

It is addressed to customers aged 18-70 years old (at the end of the loan), who:

  • declare permanent residence in Greece
  • have a Greek identity card
  • have a sole tax residence in Greece
  • are not citizens or taxpayers in the US
For employees

When submitting your application you will be asked to attach the following documents in Piraeus e-banking: 

  • Last year's income tax clearance certificate

For private sector employees who do not receive their salary through Piraeus Bank, a salary certificate is also required.
