You can charge any Piraeus Bank credit card. Depending on the duration of the insurance policy you are paying off, you can choose to pay in interest-free installments: up to 6 installments for a six-month term or up to 12 installments for an annual term.

The operation of the app does not affect the other functions of your phone. However, using your phone while driving significantly increases your risk of an accident and lowers your score. For road safety and better app functionality, it is recommended that you do not use your mobile phone while driving.

Your score will be available a few minutes after the data is sent and only for the rides you were driving. The upload time depends on the duration of the rides and the quality of the internet connection. By default, the driver data is sent at the end of each ride and only when the device is connected to Wi-Fi. However, if you wish, you can also enable data sending via the mobile network (Settings > Send route via 3G/4G) taking into account that this setting will make use of your data (~1MB per driving hour).

In case you experience significant delays in receiving results while your routes have been sent:

• check that you are connected to the internet (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G)
• refresh the list of routes by dragging them down

The quality of driving behavior is expressed in ERGO Stars (1 to 5 stars) and is rated, per route and overall, on a scale from 0 to 100, according to the driver's performance in terms of specific actions, such as exceeding speed limits, braking hard, accelerating hard, using a mobile phone while driving and driving between 00:00 and 05:00, which is the high-risk zone. This total score is converted into ERGO Stars.

Braking and acceleration are scored based on 2 parameters:

• the number of sudden braking or acceleration you may make
• your overall behavior regarding braking and acceleration while driving.

This overall behavior is called "Aggressiveness" and can be classified as low, medium or high. Aggressiveness is important because it shows how smooth your driving is overall. Medium and/or high aggression increases your driving risk and therefore lowers your score.

All vehicle insurance policies offer insurance coverage only when the vehicle is in Greece. If you plan to travel outside Greece with your vehicle and wish to extend your third-party vehicle liability coverage, you must obtain a special international insurance certificate issued the green card. The green card insures vehicles in European Union member-states and in European Economic Area countries.

Direct Settlement of the Agreement aims at facilitating the insured parties. Insurance companies have established a compensation system for insured customers who have been involved in a road accident without being at fault. These customers don't have to contact the insurance company that covers the at-fault driver. They just fill in the Road/Traffic Accident Amicable Settlement Form, which speeds up the compensation procedure.

Accident assistance is offered immediately, 24 hours a day. In the event of an accident, our qualified associates will be with you immediately. They will help you with everything you need and will take care of all the procedures for the declaration and documentation of the accident, including:

• Helping you fill in the accident declaration form.
• Assisting you in completing the Road/Traffic Accident Amicable Settlement Form, when possible, depending on the nature of the accident (e.g. how many vehicles are involved in the accident).
• Calling the traffic police and/or ambulance in case of injury.
• Photographing the insured vehicle and all third-party vehicles that may be involved in the accident.
• Sending all the supporting documents to ERGO's headquarters to start the compensation procedure.
• Arranging for your vehicle to be moved to the workshop you want, in case it is immobilized.
• Providing useful advice about the incident, so you can be sure that all the necessary steps have been taken and your interests are protected.

Speeding above the speed limit is considered speeding, based on the limits of each road. No matter how accurate the GPS values are, there are instances where the values at speeds diverge. For this reason, a small margin has been added to the actual speed limits for your benefit. Your score is calculated by taking into account the time you drove over the speed limit and how much over it.

Mobile usage is calculated based on the movement of the device while driving (talking, texting, etc.) as recorded by the mobile sensors. For mobile usage, the application algorithms do not record or evaluate data about the content or functionality of other applications. Your mobile usage score is not affected as long as the device remains stationary (for example, when using Bluetooth or headphones) or if the usage occurs when the vehicle is stopped.
