Prepaid Bundles

The customer has the right:

• Within 14 days from the purchase date, regardless of whether the prepaid bundle has been used: 
  
  • If unused, the full purchase amount will be refunded.
    
  • If used, no refund will be issued.
    

The customer can withdraw online by selecting “Cancel” on the prepaid bundle page via Piraeus e-banking, or alternatively, by visiting a Piraeus branch by appointment.

• From the 15th day onward, cancellation of the bundle is not available.

• The exemption from the applicable fee is valid only if the customer is the initiator of the transaction.
• For incoming transfers, the fee exemption applies only if the transfer is in the name of the prepaid bundle holder and credited to an account where they are a beneficiary.
• The prepaid bundle is intended for personal/family use only.
• The usage includes all executed Transactions/Services/Products contained in the package, regardless of whether or not they involve a fee, in accordance with Piraeus Bank’s applicable Pricing Policy.

The list of organizations is dynamic. Customers should consult the current pricing posted on the Piraeus website. 
A one-off charge equal to 50% of the applicable debit card renewal fee will apply, provided that both of the following conditions are met:

• The debit card renewal was free of charge due to the customer’s Prepaid Bundle.
  
• The customer maintains the package for less than 6 consecutive months (either because the package is cancelled or not renewed for any reason).
