If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Use
To use IRIS Commerce at e-shops and retail stores (IRIS Commerce) you don’t need a credit, prepaid, or debit card, since the payment is completed by debiting directly your bank account. All you need is your login credentials for Piraeus Bank’s e-banking or mobile app.
Procedure

To complete your purchases at an e-shop using IRIS Commerce at e-shops and retail stores (IRIS Commerce) :

  • select "Generate QR Code" and scan the QR from your mobile banking app or alternatively select Piraeus Bank and be redirected to your e-banking
  • enter your credentials for e-banking or mobile app; payment details will appear and select the debit account to be charged
  • approve and complete the payment

you will be redirected back to e-shop page

To complete your purchases at a retail store using IRIS Commerce at e-shops and retail stores (IRIS Commerce):

  • scan the QR code displayed on the store’s EFT/POS using your Piraeus Bank mobile app and confirm the transaction amount
  • the payment is instantly completed by debiting your bank account and a relevant receipt is issued
