Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How can I get it?

To obtain it, you must be a freelancer or have a sole proprietorship and maintain a current or business account.

You can issue the card online via Piraeus e-banking or Piraeus app, provided that you have updated data documents.

 

How can I find the CVV number of my card for online transactions since the card has no plastic?

You can find your card details through “Card Info” service in Piraeus e-banking or Piraeus app.

 

How can I set the card PIN?

You can set or change your card PIN electronically, instantly and securely, via Piraeus e-banking/Piraeus app. Once you have set your card PIN, you will be able to make your transactions at ATMs in Greece or abroad via digital wallets.

How can I make withdrawals since I do not have a plastic card?

You can add your card at your digital wallet (Google pay, Apple Wallet, Garmin pay) via Piraeus app or through your digital wallet app, following the card addition instructions. Then, make your contactless transaction by bringing your Android phone or smartwatch close to the designated spot on the ATM.

 

Can I set a daily transaction limit?

You can set a daily transaction limit of your Virtual Business Debit card according to your needs via Piraeus e-banking or Piraeus app.
