Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How can I get it?

The Piraeus Deposit Card is issued to legal entities and sole proprietorships. The card has no approval procedure and is issued free of charge. However, updated documents certifying the details of the business and the cardholder must be provided. To obtain the card, you must maintain a corporate account with Piraeus Bank:

1. As the legal representative of your company, you request the issuance of one or more corporate deposit cards for you and your company's executives at any Piraeus Bank branch.

2. In a few minutes you will receive the PIN of your card and any additional cards you requested for your executives.

3. A few days later you will receive your card and any additional cards you requested from the Piraeus Bank branch.

How do I make the deposit?

Online cash deposit, with automatic crediting of your account (available at all ATMs located in our bank branches, as well as at selected ATMs located outside bank branches).

How can I set/change my PIN via Piraeus e-banking & Piraeus app?

Υou can set or change your card PIN online, immediately and securely via Piraeus e-banking and Piraeus app. Alternative you can ask for its reissue via Piraeus phone banking or at any Bank branch. After setting your card PIN, you will need to carry out a transaction at any Piraeus Bank ATM, in order to activate the new PIN.
