I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

3. Loan disbursement

  • Once the application is approved, you sign the contract documents with an approved electronic signature (OTC)

Piraeus Bank and Intrum established the leading credit servicing company in Greece

New servicer company


Intrum and Piraeus Bank established the leading credit servicing company in Greece.

On September 16, 2019, Piraeus Bank's internal Recovery Banking Unit was transferred to a new servicer company. Today, the new servicer company is 80% owned by Intrum, with Piraeus Bank retaining a 20% equity stake

The new servicer company mandate is for the exclusive servicing of Piraeus Bank's existing non-performing loans, along with the new ones that will be created. Furthermore, the new company will also service third party claims.

The new company is licensed and supervised by the Bank of Greece.

The majority of the portfolio serviced by the new company has been transferred from Piraeus Bank to a special purpose company through a securitization process.

Customer Information

The customers, who are directly involved with the claims managed by the new servicer company, remain customers of Piraeus Bank.

All involved customers receive a personal notification from the Bank, the special purpose company and the servicer company in accordance with the law on the protection of borrowers' personal data.

Additionally, a relevant announcement was published at the end of September 2019.

 

Which customer claims does the new servicer company manage?

The new servicer company manages a portfolio of loans or other claims to borrowers whose debts or part of their debts have become overdue and / or have been denounced or restructured.



Will the transfer of management of their claims to the new servicer, change customer obligations towards PΒ?

All customer obligations, as well as customer rights, remain unchanged. All banking transactions with Piraeus Bank will continue to be serviced through Piraeus Bank's multichannel network.

Will the loan and deposit accounts be managed by the servicer company?

All loan and deposit accounts held by customers will continue to be managed by Piraeus Bank.
