I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How to add a card

Add your Piraeus cards to Click to Pay and enjoy a seamless online shopping experience.

Via Piraeus app
Log in to Piraeus app, navigate to the “Cards” section, select the card you want and tap “Add to Click to Pay”.

Via Piraeus e-banking
Log in to Piraeus e-banking, navigate to the "Cards" section, select the card you want, and under "Click to Pay", select "Add Card". Alternatively, select "Click to Pay" from the "Bank Products & Services" menu.

How to pay with Click to Pay

  1. Select the Click to Pay icon Click to Pay at checkout on the merchant’s website.
  2. Fill in your email address and confirm using the one-time password (OTP) you will receive on your email and your mobile number. 
  3. Select the card you want to use. 
  4. Approve the payment.
Your Click to Pay transaction has been completed successfully.

How do I set up Click to Pay?

You can set up Click to Pay via Piraeus app or Piraeus e-banking as follows:

Via Piraeus app

  • Log in to Piraeus app, navigate to the “Cards” section, select the card you want, tap “Add to Click to Pay” and then select “Setup”. Alternatively, from the card settings, select “Click to Pay setup”.
  • Alternatively, go to “Services” and select “Click to Pay”.
 Via Piraeus e-banking 
  • Log in to Piraeus e-banking, navigate to the “Cards” section, select the card you want, and under “Click to Pay”, select “Add Card” and then “Enroll in the Service”. Alternatively, under “Related Services”, select “Click to Pay”.
  • Alternatively, select “Click to Pay” from the “Bank Products & Services” menu.
     

Is there a charge for using Click to Pay?

No, there is no charge from Piraeus Bank for adding Piraeus cards to Click to Pay or using them for Click to Pay transactions.

Can I add any Piraeus card to Click to Pay?

All Piraeus cards (active debit, credit, reloadable prepaid Visa cards, personal or corporate) can be added to Click to Pay.

How can I remove a card from Click to Pay?

You can remove your card from Click to Pay at any time.

Via Piraeus app

  • From the “Cards” section select the card you want.
  • Go to the card settings.
  • Remove the card from Click to Pay by switching the option to “OFF”.

Via Piraeus e-banking

  • From the “Cards” section, select the card you want.
  • Under “Click to Pay”, select “Remove Card”.

Alternatively:

  • From the “Bank Products & Services” menu, select “Click to Pay”, choose the card you want, and select “Remove Card”.
     

 

Do I keep the benefits of my card when I pay with Click to Pay?

Yes, you retain the benefits provided by each card you use. 

Where can I make transactions with Click to Pay?

You can make transactions with Click to Pay at online stores that support the service and offer Click to Pay as a payment method.

The card I added to Click to Pay doesn’t appear at checkout on the merchant’s website. What should I do?

When checking out with Click to Pay on the merchant’s website, make sure you fill in the same email address with the one you used to set up Click to Pay via Piraeus app/Piraeus e-banking.
