I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Converting heating costs into installments

This benefit is available free of charge for purchases of:

  • Heating oil worth €300 or more
  • Natural gas, regardless of the amount paid through Piraeus e-banking 

 

And don't forget! With the "Transaction split into installments" service, you can convert all one-off transactions made with your credit card into installments.

Log in to Piraeus e-banking with your credentials and select the following: 

  • your credit card transactions or your credit card
  • the "Transaction split into installments" service 
  • the transaction you wish to convert into installments
  • the number of installments

 

In order to use the service, you have to be a registered user of Piraeus e-banking.
