Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

Do I need e-banking credentials to login?

Access to the Digital Kiosk is available to customers who already have Piraeus e-banking. You can log in in any of the following ways:

  • With your debit card and PIN
  • With your e-banking username and password
  • By scanning a QR code from your mobile phone

What transactions can I make?

You can access a wide range of e-banking services and transactions - from money transfers and bill payments to product applications and self-service features.

Is it secure?

Yes. To use the Digital Kiosk, you’ll need your debit card and PIN or your e-banking credentials. Each kiosk is located in a dedicated self-service area designed to ensure privacy during your transactions. For extra safety, the system automatically logs you out when you step away from the screen. If you need assistance, our branch staff are always there to help.
