Log in to winbank mobile app by quick login (fingerprint or 4-digit pin or Face ID) depending on the capacities of your device.
At the homepage, select the button “TRANSACT” and then “Pay bill”. Select the category “Energy”, and then “DEH”.
Select the account, which will be charged with the payment. Then complete the payment code (or select the icon of the barcode scanner on the left), the full name, the amount and, finally, the transaction execution time*. Tap “NEXT”.
*Orders registered after 18:00, will be executed on the next business day.
In this step, you have to confirm payment details to ensure that they are correct. If you want to change something, tap “EDIT”, otherwise tap “SUBMIT”. For the payment completion, identification by quick login (fingerprint or 4-digit pin or Face ID) will be required.
Extra tip: You have the ability to tap the share icon on the completion screen and select the method (e-mail, sms and others) you wish for sending or saving the details of your transaction.
