Money transfer to my or to a third party account in Piraeus Bank

Step 1

Log in to winbank mobile app by quick login (fingerprint or 4-digit pin or Face ID) depending on the capacities of your device.

Step 2

At the homepage, select the button “TRANSACT” and then select “To my account”. In case you want to transfer money to a third party account in Piraeus Bank, select “To other accounts”.

Step 3

Select the account, which will be charged. Then, select the account to which you want to transfer money, or complete the IBAN, if you wish to send money to a third party. Complete the amount, any comment (optionally) and the transaction execution time.

Step 4

In this step, you have to confirm transaction details to ensure that they are correct. If you want to change something, tap “EDIT”, otherwise tap “SUBMIT”. If you are transferring money to a third party, identification by quick login (fingerprint or 4-digit pin or Face ID) will be requested.

Extra tip: You have the ability to tap the share icon on the completion screen and select the method (e-mail, sms and others) you wish for sending or saving the details of your transaction.

Money Transfer to my or to a third party account to other Bank / Remittance

Step 1

Log in to winbank mobile app by quick login (fingerprint or 4-digit pin or Face ID) depending on the capacities of your device.

Step 2

At the homepage, select the button “TRANSACT” and then select “To other accounts” to send money to your or to a third party account to other Bank.

Step 3

Select the account, which will be charged with the remittance. Then, complete the IBAN number. Alternatively, you can choose an account you have already added in your aliases list. Once you complete the account, select the amount of the remittance and information to beneficiary (optional). Finally, select if you want the remittance to be executed with high or normal priority or on a specific date. If you want, select the frequency of execution for a similar transaction in case you want a repeated transfer.

Step 4

In this step, you have to confirm transaction details to ensure that they are correct. If you want to change something, tap “EDIT”, otherwise tap “SUBMIT”. For transfer completion, identification by quick login (fingerprint or 4-digit pin or Face ID) will be required.
