10. How will I be informed about my account transactions?

You can access both the detailed transactions of your account and the statements, via winbank web banking and winbank mobile app. Two new transactions, offsetting each other, will be appeared on your account. This is only for technical purposes due to the conversion and you don’t have to worry about it since they don’t affect your balance.  Additionally a new statement will be issued including transactions posted up to the conversion date.
Through ATM you may receive your transactions, however only those posted from the conversion date onwards.

11. What do I need to do to have access at winbank?

Click here to sign up for free & online for winbank web banking services.  Follow the steps one by one and finish within a few minutes.  It is a prerequisite for the registration process to remember the PIN of your debit card and to hold the mobile phone you have registered with the Bank.  You may also sign up for free via the winbank mobile app (New), (Google Play/ App Store).  Alternatively, you have the option to register via any Piraeus Bank branch. However, keep in mind that you should first arrange an appointment and that the registration in the physical branch bears a €10 fee.
