Purpose of publication
Letter of Guarantee for the good execution of the project and the timely connection of the PV plant to the TEN-T grid.

The issuance of the letters concerns small and micro enterprises (with a turnover of up to €2.5m) wishing to participate in tenders for the award of supplies or projects.
The "good performance" of the obligations arising from the award of tenders or, in general, of any legal contractual obligation of your company towards third parties.
Duration
Indefinite or up to 2 years
Amount
Equivalent to the product of the rated power of the station (in kW) at a value per kW defined by legislation.
Covers
Cash in Euro at a rate of 105%.
Purpose of issue

For projects participating in competitive tendering procedures, additional letters of guarantee are required as follows:

Participation Letter of Guarantee to RAE (if the PV is included in a tender procedure) for participation in a tender procedure of RAE.

Performance Guarantee Letter to RAE (if the PV is included in a tender procedure) to ensure the implementation of the project.

The issuance of the letters concerns small and micro enterprises (with a turnover of up to €2.5m) wishing to participate in tenders for the awarding of supplies or projects.
The "good performance" of the obligations arising from the award of tenders or, more generally, of any legal contractual obligation of your company towards third parties.
