My Agro Land

• Damage caused directly to outdoors farming is insured.
• It is supplementary to the coverage by the Hellenic Agricultural Insurance Organization (HAIO).
• It covers the quantity damage to the insured product.
• The coverage rate amounts (together with HAIO) to 85% of the damage.

The Insurance Risks covered by My Agro Land are:

• Natural risks (cause of damage) covered by the HAIO insurance
• Damage by wild animals covered by the HAIO insurance
• Fire
• Loss of life of the insured person by accident

• The loss of plant production, which was expected to be harvested per parcel of land or the quality degradation thereof due to the impact of insured causes of damage, as a result of which the objectively expected producers’ income is reduced is considered damage.
• Insurance coverage commences 7 days after the insurance plan becomes effective, in respect of risks covered by HAIO, and 24 hours after the insurance plan becomes effective, in respect of the fire risk.
• Compensation depends on HAIO findings and is in accordance with the existing method of calculation.
• ERGO Insurance guarantees that, along with HAIO, the compensation will amount to 85% of the total damage.
• Compensation is paid following finalization of the latest damage incurred before harvest.

Payment methods

• Annual fee charged to a Piraeus Bank account or credit card

• Submission of an Insurance Certificate by HAIO.
• Insurance in the plan of the entire outdoors plant production of the insured person
