How do I know that my application has been approved?

Once your application has been approved, you are notified by telephone from an employee of the branch you have selected to receive your cheque book.

How can I get a cheque book?

You can register your application online via winbank web banking or visit a Piraeus Bank branch.

How can I view my issued cheques?

You may view the cheques you have issued through winbank web banking, from the menu “Deposits/Cheques”, both summarized and in detail for the status of the cheque (outstanding, paid, void, stop)

What happens if the cheque book is lost or stolen?

You declare immediately the loss or theft in your service branch and the remaining sheets of the cheque book are being cancelled.
