Documents Submission

With the new service «Documents Submission» you can submit documents through winbank web banking, except for the documents that do not have your signature in order to be used in the processing of banking operations. The documents are submitted according to the applications you have received from the bank.

How does it work

  • View and process the requests you have received from the bank for which documents are pending.
  • Attach the required document or reject the application
  • View the history of your applications.
  • You are informed about the progress of the request for a document and its acceptance or not by the Bank, through winbank and by email.

The service is available to all winbank web banking users and in the Purchases & Applications> Documents Submission.
