Necessary condition for mobile extraPIN declaration process is to have in your possession an active debit card of Piraeus Bank and to have made the registration for winbank phone banking.

Step 1

Log in to winbank with your credentials. From your profile (up left where your full name is indicated) select “Security Settings” and then “extraPIN”.

Step 2

Then select “extraPIN MOBILE” and then “REGISTER”.

Step 3

On this screen, you have to enter the mobile phone number, on which you want to receive the extraPIN codes. Click “NEXT”.

Then declare to the representative of Piraeus Bank the above application number. In case you have not written down the application code the representative can locate it in order to complete the process.

NOTE: The extraPIN mobile activation process will only be completed when you log in to the winbank phone banking service to declare your application number.
