Use the Piraeus Bank ATMs for transactions similar to those over the counter in branches, using your Piraeus Bank debit, credit or prepaid card or any debit or credit card from another Greek or foreign bank.The following transactions are available at Piraeus Bank ATMs:

• Using a debit or credit card from any other Greek bank via the VISA, MasterCard and the DIAS.

• Pay electricity bills, phone bills and Piraeus Bank credit cards.

• Make balance enquiries and print out a mini-statement with the last 6 transactions of accounts linked to the card.

You can only access your data via an ATM using your PIN. Only you know your PIN.



PIN Deactivation 

If you wrongly enter your PIN 4 times at an ATM, the system will automatically deactivate it.



Forgotten cards and cash

If you forget your card or cash at the ATM, the card or cash will be automatically retained by the machine after a short interval and held there.
