Your transactions are carried out 24/7 either via the advanced Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system or by speaking with a Contact Center representative. In order to use the winbank phone banking service, you just need to be enrolled as a Piraeus Bank customer and have a Piraeus Bank debit card and a phone number.

Signing up for the service

To sign up for winbank phone banking, you need to have a bank account with Piraeus Bank, a Piraeus Bank debit card and a phone number. You do not have to visit a Piraeus Bank branch to receive your new codes.


To sign up:


  • Through winbank web banking

  1.  Log in to winbank web banking with your personal codes.

  2.  Select the menu "Purchases & Applications"> Banking Products & Services> winbank phone banking and follow the steps


  • Through a Piraeus Bank branch


Alternatively, you can register by calling from a landline or mobile phone within Greece or abroad at +30 210 3288000,


  1.  Call from a landline or mobile phone at +30 210 32 88 000 (applied calling fee equal to a call to landline phone or depending on the        pricing policy of the telecommunications provider you use.

  2.  State to the voice recognition system (Voice IVR) that you want to register in to the winbank phone banking service

  3.  Select "1" to accept the terms of use and connect with a call center Representative.



Note:

After activating the service

  • If you are calling from a phone number you provided during registration (no blocked number), enter only your personal security code (PIN *)
  • If you are calling from a different phone number, mobile or landline, enter the phone number you provided during registration and then type in your personal Security Code (PIN *)

The Personal Security Code is the same with your Piraeus Bank debit card. However, if you wish, you can change it to a 6 digit number of your choice, which will ONLY apply for the winbank phone banking service.
