At Piraeus Bank ATM network, you can carry out a wide range of day-to-day transactions, usually conducted at cashier, such as cash withdrawals and deposits, account balance inquiry, money transfers, payments, credit card payments by account charging.

Tax deductions expenses

If you are a salaried employee, a pensioner up to 70 years old or a farmer, you can build up your tax deductions when you make payments at ATMs with your debit or credit card.

Cash Deposits

You can carry out deposits into your account, in all euro banknote denominations.
Cash deposit can be conducted without using a deposit envelope (online deposit) with instant funds availability at your linked card account, at all Piraeus Bank ATMs, as well as at numerous ATMs located at several points across Greece. 

Cash Deposit to other Account

You can carry out deposits directly into third party accounts or directly into your account that it is not linked to your debit card. The transaction is available at the menu Online Deposit > To other Account in Piraeus Bank. When conducting Cash Deposit to other Account, you may add one of the following descriptions:

• Rent
• Payroll
• Invoice Number
• Order Number
• Loan Installment
• Tuition Fees
• Communal Expenses
• Without Description 

Money Transfers

You can make money transfers between your accounts, even if they are not linked to your debit card, as well as to make transfers to third-party accounts in Piraeus Bank, by account charging.
When conducting a money transfer to third-party, you may add one of the following descriptions:

• Rent
• Payroll
• Invoice Number
• Order Number
• Loan Installment
• Tuition Fees
• Communal Expenses
• Without Description (in this option the beneficiary’s name appears)

Limit of 1.000€ per transaction on transfer to other account in Piraeus Bank via ATM.

Payments

You can make your payments by account charging. Piraeus Bank ATMs support payments at more than 900 Organizations that use RF single payments standard, as well as payments that do not support the RF standard, such us utility payments, phone bills, due debts to public sector etc.


Credit Card Payments

At Piraeus Bank ATMs network, you can pay your Piraeus Bank credit card, a third-party Piraeus Bank credit card, as well as any other Greek Bank credit card that is participating to DIAS payment system.


Prepaid Card Management

You can manage your Piraeus Bank prepaid card. A significant number of card management options are available: last transactions statements, PIN update, card activation. Additionally, you can load your prepaid card by charging your account. In order to unload your Prepaid card, use «Withdrawal» from the Prepaid card menu, by cash withdrawal.

You can make the following donations by charging your account:

• To «SOS Children’s Villages»

Account Balance inquiry & Mini Statements

Make an account balance inquiry for your Piraeus Bank account and cards. You can print a mini statement with the last (6) transactions of your account or your prepaid card.
An account balance inquiry transaction is also available for non-Piraeus Bank customers provided that their Bank is participating at DIAS payment system.


Card Activation

You can activate your Piraeus Bank debit/ credit/ prepaid card, credit at the ATM.


ΡΙΝ Update

You can update your Piraeus Bank card PIN. Card PIN update also supports non-Piraeus Bank customers provided that their Bank is participating at DIAS payment system.



Yellow Loyalty Program

You can find out your available Yellows that you have earned at any Piraeus Bank ATM.



Mobile Phone Top-Up

You can top up your prepaid phone at Piraeus Bank ATMs, to the following carriers by charging your linked account:

• Cosmote
• Vodafone
• Nova
• Q Card

The Piraeus Bank ATMs have a series of mechanisms built in to safeguard your transactions and protect your personal banking data:


PIN

You can only access your data via an ATM using your PIN. Only you know your PIN.



PIN Deactivation

If you wrongly enter your PIN 4 times at an ATM, the system will automatically deactivate it.



Forgotten cards and cash

If you forget your card or cash at the ATM, the card or cash will be automatically retained by the machine after a short interval and held there.



Confidential transactions and personal data protection

All information sent to Piraeus Bank via ATMs is confidential. Your personal and banking data is sent encrypted and held on a secure central server.
