Non-eligible expenses

• Repayment of debts from existing loans
• Costs which finance economic activities, real estate activities (not as part of the productive investment) or allow funding to the final consumer
• Costs directly related to exports, particularly those directly linked to the quantities exported, to the creation and distribution network or to current expenditure related to ordinary export activity of the enterprise and the costs are excluded from the EC Regulation 1407/2013 (de minimis)
• Costs for the acquisition of road freight transport vehicles granted to Enterprises performing road freight transport for third parties and expenses excluded from the EC Regulation 1407/2013 (de minimis)
• Expenses that have already occurred, been paid before the disbursement date
• Exclude refinancing or restructuring of current loans
• The Value Added Tax, where it can be recovered even if not recovered
