Video Banking- Remote service
The Video Banking service is offered exclusively to all our Personal Banking customers and allows communication through video conference, web chat or web audio with a specialized agent, as well as prompt and secure servicing of your banking needs.
How do I connect?
In order to use the service you must be a Personal Banking customer registered to winbank web banking. You can easily log in through the “Online support” icon, which appears on the home page at the bottom of the winbank web banking screen.
What does it offer me?
You can communicate with an agent of our specialized Personal Banking telephone service team through video conference, web chat, or web audio for :
- Guidance on your winbank web banking transactions and a walkthrough explanation of all available features
- Interactive presentation of our services
- Completion of applications, for specific banking products and services
- Document transfers
