Eligible companies

The b2b business credit card is issued to the business customers of a company (Supplier) that holds a b2b relationship with Piraeus Bank and owns a Piraeus Bank epay POS. It provides credit facility for purchases made exclusively to the specific Supplier. On the Supplier’s hand, the b2b solution ensures the collection of receivables and efficiently manages customers’ requests for credit facility.

The b2b solution is suitable for companies that:   

  • have a wide business customer base
  • make repeated sales to their business customers
  • have a competitive advantage in their sector.

Additional Features

The b2b business credit card:
  • can only be used for purchases at selected Piraeus Bank POS of the Supplier
  • may have the Supplier’s name embossed on the card
  • provides information via e-statement & sms / email notifications
  • offers flexible repayment options:

    • 10% or full repayment of the due balance, 20 days after the issuance of the card statement
    • early payment of the due balance before the statement due date. The amount paid will be released and will become available for transactions.

How to get the b2b credit card

B2B relationship activation (for Suppliers) & b2b card acquisition (for Buyers) 

Suppliers: b2b relationship set-up

In order to reap the benefits of the b2b system, your company’s legal representative must visit any Piraeus Bank’s branch in order to request:

  • the set-up of a b2b relationship
  • a epay POS with the option of accepting b2b cards.


Buyers: Card acquisition process

Once the b2b relationship and the epay POS has been approved, you (Supplier) can inform your clients about the card and ask them to visit a Piraeus Bank branch in order to apply for their own b2b card.

Pricing

For suppliers 

One-off fee of €150 for the set-up of the new b2b card relationship.


For buyers

Annual fee: € 50 per card
Annual interest rate for purchases: 9,75% + 0,60% levy (Law.128/75)
