The winbank alerts service provides you with security and control over your transactions.
Select the subscription-based Winbank alerts package and the means of notification that best suits your needs (SMS, e-mail, phone alerts) and receive instant notifications about:
- Transactions and balance of account
- Transactions through your credit, debit and prepaid cards
- Payment orders
- Stock Exchange transactions
The specially designed winbank alerts Personal Banking package is offered at preferential pricing (only € 21,00 / year, € 1,75 / month in case of an annual subscription *) and offers information for your above transactions through unlimited SMS and e -mails.
If you want to be notified via telephone by a representative of Piraeus Bank, you can choose the Phone Alerts package, for a small fee per successful call.

The cost of the package you select is billed directly to your account or your card upon registration to the service.
In order to activate thewinbank alerts service, you only need to have an account or credit card at Piraeus Bank.
The activation is made:
- At any Piraeus Bank branch

- By phone, calling Priority Phone Banking at 210 3288800
- Through winbank web banking, provided you are a registered user
The amount and frequency of pay for the service Winbank Alerts is subject to adjustments based on the applicable pricing policy of the Bank, as indicated on the applicable Invoice, posted on the Bank's branches. Prices include VAT (currently 23%).
