How can I register to the service?

You can register for personal use simply by using your mobile phone number and choosing the bank account number you wish to receive payments to:

through winbank app, you may select "IRIS payments – Service Management" from "SERVICES" menu.
through winbank web banking, you may select "IRIS Payments with mobile or TIN – Administration" from "PURCHASES & APPLICATIONS" menu.

In which cases can I use the service?

You can instantly pay your expenses (coffee, food, etc.) and other obligations (rent, utilities etc.), or receive payments from your friends, family and associates via a mobile phone number.

You can also pay professionals for providing services easily and quickly with their TIN number, mobile phone number or simply by scanning their IRIS payments QR.

How much money can I daily send/receive?

You can send money up to 500€ per day via winbank app, regardless of the number of transactions.
You can receive money regardless of the number of transactions, up to 500€ for each transaction.

To / From whom can I send / receive money?

You can send and / or receive money to / from anyone registered to the service.

The service is available between the participants: Piraeus Bank – National Bank of Greece - Eurobank – Alpha Bank – Optima Bank - Epiros Cooperative Bank - Viva Payments.
