How do I upgrade a non-reloadable Piraeus Prepaid Virtual Card to a Piraeus Prepaid Reloadable Card?


You can upgrade your Piraeus Prepaid Virtual Card

  • At any time before the card expires
  • At any Piraeus Bank branch in Greece
  • Cost 3€
  • Without opening an account or getting another product
  • By submitting the required supporting documents, if you are not a Piraeus Bank customer
  • Without submitting any supporting documents, if you are a Piraeus Bank customer


If you are not a Piraeus Bank customer, visit any Piraeus Bank branch in Greece

 1.  Submit the required supporting documents.


 2.  We upgrade your card on the spot and order the issuing of a plastic card.


 3.  If there is available balance in your non-reloadable virtual card, we transfer it to your reloadable card automatically.

 4.   In 5 working days, you receive your plastic card and your PIN, which is necessary for transactions at physical stores. You keep the same card details.

 2.   If there is available balance in your non-reloadable virtual card, we transfer it to your reloadable card automatically.

 3.   In 5 working days, you receive your plastic card and your PIN, which is necessary for transactions at physical stores. You keep the same card details.

You can still make remote transactions until you receive your plastic card. Just load and unload it at the branch cashier as often as you like.

 

When you receive your upgraded Piraeus Prepaid Reloadable Card in plastic, use it for remote and in-store transactions until you have used up all the available balance.
