New Grape Contract Farming Agreement between Piraeus Bank and Kir-Yianni Estate
Piraeus Bank, in collaboration with Kir-Yianni Estate S.A., has initiated a new Contract Farming program intended for wine producers in the area of Amyndeon - Florina.
The funding proposal for wine grapes Contract Farming is essentially intended to help rationalize the organization and financially support the entire production process, from the producer to product processing and selling by the Estate.
Kir-Yianni Estate, carrying on a long family tradition in the production of premium wines, has vineyards in Naousa and Amyndeon, where its wineries are located.
Seeking the right balance between authenticity and innovation, Kir-Yianni Estate is a pioneer in the wine sector research, enriching the family experience and tradition with modern methods of growing and wine-making.
The Estate’s main goal remains always the creation of top-quality wines, which shall highlight the potential of the northern Greek vineyard and its most delicate red wine variety.
Through the specific Piraeus Bank Contract Farming Program, the producer is provided with the required liquidity at highly competitive terms, exactly when he needs such liquidity, while payment of the production agreed to be delivered to the Estate is guaranteed.
The Program covers the entire crops production and supply chain by supporting, in an organized manner the mutually beneficial collaboration between producers and the company.
This new collaboration attests to the firm will of Piraeus Bank to support and encourage any sound productive effort in the economy sector.
