The legislation in force obliges Banks to assemble all necessary customers’ data before proceeding to a transaction. By providing them, your legitimate interests are protected and your financial transactions are secured.

  • Under Act 2472/1997, data are securely kept and used exclusively for the purpose they have been assembled.
  • The data required are: identity, current home address, contact number, practiced profession, present professional address, TIN, cutomer signature template.
  • The law designates the documents by which these are certified.

It is noticed that the present notification follows the initiative of the Hellenic Bank Association and it is supported by it.
